Dr. Vikas M. Nadkarni
Dr. Vikas Nadkarni is a world renowned scientist and an expert in the field of polymers & material science.
He completed his Doctorate studies in the US, after which he gained Industrial R&D experience working with DuPont and Owens-Corning Fibreglass.
He was invited to India to lead the Chemical Engineering (C.E.) Division at NCL (CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory), Pune; where he later served as the Deputy Director at NCL-Pune, India.
He is also the Founding Director of Reliance Technology Center (RTC) at Reliance Industries in Navi Mumbai, India.
He has been a technical consultant and advisor to leading companies in India, Europe & USA.
Dr. Nadkarni has over 100 publications in International Journals, holds 8 US patents and 10 Indian patents in his name.
As the founder and founding chairman at RPPL, Dr. Nadkarni has been instrumental in RPPL’s growth as a trusted name in tailor-making chemical formulations to meet customer requirements; enabling a thorough approach from molecular engineering to industrial commercialisation, ensuring total safety and sustainable operations.

Dr. Dongre was one of the many student-scientists who graduated under the guidance of Dr. Nadkarni at NCL, Pune.
Upon completion of his Doctorate studies, Dr. Dongre entered the field of entrepreneurial Business by joining RPPL in 1986.
Dr. Dongre is the leader and the name behind the successful growth of RPPL as a reputed manufacturer and supplier of high quality Polymeric Formulations.
With his R&D experience at NCL, Pune; Dr. Dongre is an expert in Product Innovation, from concept to commercialisation; ensuring feasible R&D to make the product as a right-fit for the market and its end-use.
This Industrial R&D approach has enabled the RPPL Brand to make its mark as a major supplier of high quality Polymeric Formulations in the Electrical, Electronics, Adhesive and Construction markets across India.

Dr. Suvid Nadkarni joined the RPPL leadership team in the year 2018, joining on board as Business Director.
Prior to joining RPPL, Dr. Suvid had accumulated a 10+ years experience in global operations, supply-chain development,
strategic sourcing, new product development in the Semiconductor Equipment Industry.
With this experience with him, Dr. Suvid has been the biggest force behind RPPL’s foray into newer technologies and markets like TIM’s (Thermal Interface Materials) & similar niche Electronic applications.

Nandan joined the RPPL team in 2009, as a young and enthusiastic graduate.
He gained experience in handling Factory Operations, Production Management, Process Engineering and Management Systems; coinciding with RPPL’s business growth and expansion from a small scale unit in the Pune MIDC to medium scale- multi plant setup at Ghotawade, Pune.
With this experience & knowledge of working across sectors within and across the Indian Industrial Sectors, Nandan is the force behind the successful development of RPPL’s manufacturing setup as a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on continual improvement and implementation of innovative solutions to drive the business forward in an efficient, safe & sustainable method.
